Today is National Adoption Day!!!! A day set aside during this National Adoption Month. Today Hannah Grace has been an American citizen for 6 months!!! Today is the official day that we are no longer technically "on hold" for our referral for Ellie-Joy. Today has many emotions for me. I think about all those children out there who need families. I think about that Thursday just 6 short months ago when Hannah Grace stepped foot onto American soil in Chicago. (what an amazing day that was!) I think about our future & how our agency can now call us to give us a referral when it's our turn.
Today is a day of celebration.
