God is Good

We spent last night thinking gloomy thoughts about how LONG we are going to have to wait for Hannah Grace and listening to the new Third Day Christmas Album (You need to listen to Merry Christmas, it is about waiting for your daughter from China who will spend Christmas in an orphanage while you are at home.) It is a real tear jerker. We knew God's hand was still in the process, but earlier in the week, we had some paperwork returned to us that we had filled out wrong, which will delay us another 2 weeks. Needless to say we could use some encouraging words.

This morning Charity called Debby, our Social Worker, about getting shot records on Goliath and she had some good news for us. She told us that she had submitted an application for a grant from Bethany and we received one! The amazing news is that we not only received one, but a large one. God has showed us once again that He is in control and Hannah Grace is definitely ours forever. So during this Christmas season we are thankful for the generosity of an unknown donor who has helped us to get Hannah Grace home one day.
