It's time again for the ups & downs of the adoption roller coaster. Some people with LIDs on the 9th have reported getting their referral,while some with the 7th still haven't received theirs. CCAA is still on vacation for the ancestor tomb sweeping holiday. Hopefully tomorrow agencies will find the lost packages for the 7th & the rest of the people from the 9th will get their calls (including my agency!!!!) It's always something in the adoption world. Looking forward to some answers. Everybody... buckle up & hang on tight .......... WHEEEEEEE

OH MAN! I hope the 7th people get theres tomorrow! So how many days is that away from you guys? A month? I so hope you guys are close! But I will have to say, I wanted Gateon home sooner but God's timing was SO perfect! When we got home with him, I could see just how perfect it was. Hang in there, your rollercoaster ride will end soon! Jennifer
People always tried to tell me "comforting" things as we waited for 4 years...like "its a good thing you have three boys to keep you distracted!". I never felt the distraction :). I only felt the void of our daughter in the midst of crazy boy life! I know how this feels Charity. The waiting is long, but I love the quote that says "no one signs up for adoption on accident...its not like a pregnancy that just shows up!" Each adoption is sought after, waited for, longed for, and counted down. So we can celebrate HG each day of the wait because she is treasured by all of us and her God. It is no accident that the days pass by. Its the only way she can come home to her family!
