3rd Time's The Charm!!!!!

This Thursday we are headed back to the USCIS office in Memphis. We will be having our third, yes I said 3rd, set of fingerprints taken for the Department of Homeland Security. Hopefully this time we'll bring a daughter home on these. I'll try not to go off on my soap box, but really I think they could revamp their program. My fingerprints haven't changed & they won't ever change. I understand that they need to make sure I haven't gone & robbed a bank or something worse. But, why can't they just resubmit the ones I have there on file? I would be happy to still pay for the processing, but it sure would be nice not to have to get up so early just so the same lady can hold my hands for 20 minutes (yes, we are on a first name basis with the lady. We are bonding!) I think this plan could even help with the work load since the Memphis unit is known for being busy. What do I have to do to get someone to look into a simple solution for this problem?
