A Time To Reflect

Last night couldn't have been any better. I was completely blown away. I promised Andy I wouldn't give a play by play of last night, so I will spare you. But, I can guarantee it will be something not soon forgotten. Right now as I type this, I can hear the boys cheering on the athletes. "Stay on, You did, Wow, Go USA, He's got it, Yeah !..." Well, you get the picture. It's so cute to watch them get excited. Some of it, they are clueless, but I love watching them get excited for something this big.
I know I posted before about the new process. Well, today we finally sat down and talked about everything. It's amazing, God has once again shown his sovereignty. Andy & I are completely together on our lists, which is a feat in itself. So, now we just have to finish filling out all the paperwork & send it in - my goal is sometime this week. Please pray that everything goes God's way & not ours. We have mixed emotions with all this. We are excited because we feel God leading us in this direction, but we are a little down about other issues. It hit us today, that we could pass some friends and receive our daughter before them. We have other friends that are very close in this process with us. If we receive a referral in a couple of years or less, we will probably have a bigger age gap in our daughters than we'd like. The whole house issue again. It's just so hard sometimes not to be selfish. I just want it to be God's perfect timing. I can't argue with that, new house or not. Anyway, pray that we stay focused on Him. I am finally letting myself get excited & now for the first time I am becoming nervous. Please tell me that will go away.
Well, I am off to watch more tv. I just love looking at all the sights that we hope to soon see. I think we are going to need to save more money - we'll need to tour ALOT more than the normal 14-21 days to see all that we want to see. ;0)
