Our Red ThreadDid that get your attention? heeheehee Sorry. I am stuck in the house because it's cold outside & my youngest is running a fever. I think I am going to be delirious soon. ;0)
After asking you for some ideas for a countdown I think I now have what we are going to actually try to do. But first let me share some of your ideas (since you won't post a comment - & YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!) Some ideas were:
Chocolate - great one, but I have already gained too much weight with this pregnancy & it could go bad in the long wait & I COULD NOT live with myself knowing I let chocolate go bad.
Also, I loved Jen's idea to print off pics of orphans to pray for. I went to get an idea & I didn't think I could find enough pics (today we need 400) Someone else suggested we find 400 of our favorite names from a baby book. We could pray for that particular name, since someone is bound to be named that. Again, creative. So, I am combining some of these with another suggestion.
I have started typing up a list of 400 topics/places/people/things about China that we could learn a little more about. Still typing, but right now I've got 281.(I will try to get finished by tonight, but if I get stuck I may need some more help.) Each time they refer a day then we will draw a topic out & learn about it. I thought it would be a good way to encorporate China into our lives on a very small scale. We will keep you posted on our learning adventures. Some of the topics will be quite interesting.
Thanks for your help. I hope this will be alot of fun & hopefully will give me a visual to help get me through to the day we finally see Hannah Grace's beautiful face.

What a great idea!! My ideas were not anywhere as interesting or as creative as this one. Hope you get to draw out lots of topics soon.
