Oh boy, this exciting!!!!

We are finally under the 400 mark!!! YIPPEE. We were able to draw out 2 facts about China today to give us only 398 LIDs to go. It was funny - Elijah drew out #380 & Heath got #382. I promise they have been mixed up!!!! (really there is no order, I numbered them just to keep track)


1. Squeaky Shoes- well there isn't alot to be researched here. They are the cutest little shoes ever. There is a little "squeaker" that can be taken out of the heal that promotes walking. Here in Jackson they run anywhere from 29.99 & up. You can get them in China around 2-5 bucks a pair. Can we say pack an extra bag just for shoes?????



2. Hong Kong is the world's 4th largest exporter of jewelry, it is the largest jade market in the world & the 3rd largest diamond trading center on the planet. Too bad we probably won't be visiting Hong Kong on this visit. Maybe this is a good excuse to plan a second adoption from Hong Kong. What do you think? We had this discussion last night with a few friends. In every couple there is one wanting to adopt again & one not. I am guessing since this reason involves spending money that it won't persuade Andy any. ;0)
