My sister knows of my love for ice cream. So for Christmas, since I can't have my own DQ or 31 flavors, she decided I needed my own soft serve machine. HOW COOL IS THAT!?!?! Today we decided to try it out. Probably a bad decision considering how my head is hurting, but I hate to deny the boys of their fun (Yeah right) It really does do a great job. We made vanilla as a first choice so everyone could have some (Noah only eats vanilla). The recipe was good. This is where we should have stopped, but no those pretty little candy add ins were too tempting not to try. And as you can see by the picture that is where it all went wrong. I don't know exactly what happened. All I know is I have sprinkles ALL over my kitchen & Goliath thinks he has died and gone to heaven. We spilled so many that he even gave up on eating too much sugar (just so you understand just how many sprinkles we spilled.) The machine actually looked like it was foaming at the mouth. It was spewing sprinkles faster than I could catch them. Yes, it was funny & it is the biggest mess we've had in a long time. So, whose up for ice cream?
