Good News, Bad News & I'm Old

Good news - we met today with our social worker. We have officially begun the process. We are working hard to get everything done quickly. She also agrees that we should be home with Ebaby in under a year. YIPPEEEE. Also, today is our friend Autumn's birthday. Have a good one girl. We love you. Also, my friend Becky (hi blogger friend) picked up her beautiful daughter Jada today. I love it.
Bad news - We can't get around having to do a complete new homestudy. So, we will have to pay for a complete new one & it will take longer than just an update. Also, it's almost 11:00 and two of the boys are still not asleep. UGH!!! Don't they realize that Wednesdays are our hard days?
Yes, I am old. I have come to realize this truth. I just try not to act like it. Well, tonight the boys are confirming it. We were discussing one of their popular shows: The Electric Company. If you don't know what it is you should go to PBS & check it out. It's the older kids version of what Sesame Street started out like. It's very big on reading & sounding out words. Anyway, that show use to be on when I was little & then it took a break for a while. So, they asked me about it when I use to watch it. "Mom, was it in black & white when you watched it?" WHAT?? Are you kidding me? They are talking to me, not Grammie or Grandma - ME!!!!!
I guess since I am now officially old, I better go get into bed because I am up way too late for an old person!!!!! (I did give my college girl ammunition though - I called her a whipper snapper.) Sweet dreams.
